Q: I own an Art Gallery and would like to sell your art. What should I do? A: You are very welcome to send us your request. Please go to the “Become a dealer” page and apply for an Art Dealer account. When your application is accepted, we'll set up your account in our system right away and you will be able to use your Dealer Login for full access to our site.
Q: How do you personalize your samples? A: Samples are pre-personalized with common names to give your customer an idea of what their personalization will look like. Samples can be ordered for only $15 each.

Q: How can I view your products and pricing before I become a dealer? A: Call our customer service department at 888-686-8787 and request a temporary login and password.
Q: What if I don't want to order online? A: You also have the option to call, e-mail, or fax orders to us and we will be happy to place your order for you. But you still have to set up an account with us first. Q: Is there any minimum order? A: No, there is none, just the one time start up package of $49. Q: How fast you ship orders? A: Normally, we will ship your order within 2-3 business days. UPS 2nd day select and 3 Day select services are available also. You can determine your shipping options at the shopping cart checkout stage. Q: How do you ship your art? A: We ship via UPS. Orders shipped to Alaska are shipped via USPS. Orders shipped outside of the US please call in your order for shipping rates. Q: How can I pay for the order? A: We make it easy for, simply order securely on-line using your VISA, Mastercard or Discover card. Q: What are your hours of operation? A: Our office hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Mountain Standard Time, but dealers can place orders on-line anytime 7 days a week. Q: How is my order packaged? A: Your order comes attractively boxed with prints loosely rolled in a tube. Framed prints come in a customized box. Both are accompanied with certificate of authenticity. Q: Can I purchase art prints framed? A: Of course, all of our canvas prints are available framed or unframed, prints published on fine art paper are only available unframed. Many prints have different size options as well. Q: Can I order prints in custom sizes? A: Yes, to do this though, you must call or e-mail your order in as it cannot be done through the dealer website. Q: Are there any limits to how many galleries in an area can become a dealer? A: Yes. This is determined on a case by case situation. Typically we try to keep only one dealer in a region with a population of 50,000 or less. Q: I forgot my password. What do I do?
